We specialize in the implementation, customization and support of IT Service Management (ITSM) related products with emphasis on the BMC Remedy ITSM Suite of products. 

LAN Connections Information Services was founded by Mr. Leonard Neely in 1985 as a sole proprietor small business and was incorporated in 2017.  Mr. Neely brings more than 20 years of IT Service Management specific skills and experience to the company.
