The Estimator will perform quantity take offs, cost analysis and competitive bidding while utilizing current estimating software. Bidding is typically lump sum, unit rate and cost plus estimates for a broad range of projects. Projects focused in NE TN/ Tri-State Region. Requirements College degree related to Construction Management, Estimating, or Engineering. Or equivalent experience 3+ years of estimating experience in related field Knowledge of construction costs and budgets, assist in developing a project schedule.
